LocalClassifiedAds.com sells 100 pixel 'blocks', with each block measuring 10x10 pixels. The homepage is divided into 10,000 blocks. Nothing is sold smaller than a block of 10 X 10 pixels, but larger blocks are available and encouraged for maximum exposure of your ad.

 Each pixel is sold at $1.00 USD which equals $100.00 USD per block. You can buy as many blocks of pixels as you like.

This offer is to ‘rent’ web space and only LocalClassifiedAds.com will 'own' the homepage and the complete site. The rental includes publishing on the homepage in the respective space that has been paid for, a submitted image and link.

The image or link can not be changed once they have been submitted and will appear on the homepage for at least 2 years. The only exception is if you have a strong reason why you need a change to your image/link, i.e. your site no longer exists, merger or sale of the business, lawsuits, etc.

Once the image and link are accepted and published on the homepage, there are no refunds.

Your link and presence on the site and homepage will be online for at least 4 years from the day it published. LocalClassifiedAds.com is contracted to appear on the world wide web indefinately and at least until the last link expires.

No obscene or offensive imagery or links will be accepted, and LocalClassifiedAds.com decides what is appropriate for publication. If submitted image or link is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative.

If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive or obscene material then your link will be removed until you provide a new one, and you will not get a refund of any kind for the link downtime. You will not be notified of this action. It is your responsibility to monitor the site.

After your rental space is published, if for whatever reason you want your image and link removed from the homepage, just request it be removed by contacting webmaster@localclassifiedads.com, but you will not get a refund and the space will become available.

Images must be the exact size you have paid for (eg. 100 pixels = 10x10 pixels)

Images must be in GIF or JPEG format.

Links must be to web pages only and begin with http://

You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit.

LocalClassifiedAds.com retains the right to determine the location and look of any free blocks given away, those blocks will point to the client web site as long as it adheres to the terms and conditions

Funds must be fully received and cleared before your pixels go live on LocalClassifiedAds.com

There might be occasional downtime for site maintenance but you will be notified through your contact email when a scheduled maintenance is planned.

Once the image and link have been received and the funds have cleared the image and link will be on the LocalClassifiedAds.com site within 24-48 hrs during regular business hours.

 
 

 
 

Please provide the information below when you sign up  

 
  1. Send your image as a GIF or JPEG (must be correct size for the pixels purchased) to webmaster@localclassifiedads.com
  2. State where you want your graphic to be placed on the homepage. There are two ways to do this.
    • BLOCK POSITION("1 block from the left and 1 block from the top" would be the upper left hand corner and 100 blocks from the left and 100 blocks from the top" would be the lower right hand corner).
    • X-Y POSITION ("x=10,y=10 by x=20,y=20" these are positions viewed by moving your mouse over the home page on unoccupied areas of the link space)
    Make sure you are certain, because you can't change it later. Feel free to include a picture showing where you want it if you don't trust your ability to count tiny squares. Placement on the webpage is on a first come basis.
  3. State which website you would like your graphic linking to ("Main" and/or State and include price for each page)
  4. State what TITLE/ALT text you want for your image, max. 50 characters. TITLE/ALT text appears when people hover their cursor over your image.
